Associate Circuit Judge

The Associate Circuit Judge handles a wide range of cases, including misdemeanor and felony criminal cases;  Family Law  cases including divorces, paternities, and modifications of custody;  guardianships and conservatorships of minors and incapacitated/disabled individuals;  probate estates; civil lawsuits seeking less than $25,000;  debt collections; orders of protection; and small claims actions.
